"More expensive, government overreach and restrictive regulations" are the clarion calls of every developer. We are looking for a young, professional architecture, design and building team to come in and construct all of this and make money and set the trend--all without one regulation in sight.

I am hoping much of the change since 2015 is from China's efforts to clean up pollution with aerosol pollution now back to 1980 levels.
And since ~2020 the reduction in maritime cloud with lower shipping fuel sulfur levels.
Both would be once off changes meaning the decline could level off significantly.
Otherwise it doesn't look great longer term :(

Hi Peter, my daughter lives in a sixth floor apartment in Paris and was able to stay with a friend on the ground floor on the hottest nights.
